Terms of sale

Prices

All prices are shown in euros, inclusive of VAT, excluding shipping. Shipping is added at checkout and displayed before payment.

Orders

An order is confirmed once payment is authorised and you receive a confirmation email. We may cancel an order if a piece is no longer available, in which case you are refunded in full.

Payment

Payment is taken at the time of order through an encrypted payment provider. We never store card details.

Right of withdrawal

You have fourteen days from delivery to withdraw, and thirty days under our own returns policy, which is more generous. See Shipping & returns.

Warranty

All pieces are covered by the legal warranty of conformity. Faulty items are replaced or refunded at your choice.
