Everything we get asked twice a week, answered once and properly.

  • How do the pieces fit?

    Tees and hoodies are cut boxy with dropped shoulders. If you want a close fit, size down. If you want the intended silhouette, take your usual size. Every product page lists the exact fabric weight.

  • Will the print crack?

    No. We use puff prints and water-based inks that bond into the fibre instead of sitting on top of it. Wash cold, inside out, and skip the tumble dryer — the print will outlive the garment.

  • Do you ship worldwide?

    Yes. Tracked shipping everywhere, free above €120. Delivery is 2–4 working days in the EU and 5–9 days elsewhere.

  • What is your return policy?

    Thirty days from delivery, unworn and with tags attached. Return shipping is on us within the EU. Objects must come back in their original packaging.

  • Is the mug actually watching me?

    The eyes are fired into the glaze, so they never fade and they do appear to track the light. Whether that counts as watching is between you and the mug.

  • When is the next drop?

    Drops are announced by email only, usually a week ahead. No countdown timers, no restock bots, no drama.
