Shipping & returns

Delivery

• France & Benelux — 2–3 working days, €6.90 (free above €120).
• Rest of the EU — 3–5 working days, €9.90 (free above €120).
• Worldwide — 5–9 working days, €19.90.

Orders placed before 2 p.m. CET on a working day leave the workshop the same day. You get a tracking link as soon as the parcel is scanned.

Objects

Ceramics, lamps and rugs ship in reinforced packaging and may travel separately from apparel in the same order. You are never charged twice for shipping.

Returns

Thirty days from delivery. Pieces must be unworn, unwashed and carry their original tags. Objects must return in their original packaging. Return shipping is free within the EU; elsewhere it is at your cost.

Refunds land on the original payment method within five working days of the parcel reaching the workshop.

Faulty pieces

If something arrives damaged, email hello@baddies.club with your order number and a photo. We replace it, no debate.
