Short version: we collect what an order needs, and nothing else.

What we collect

Order data: name, delivery address, email, and the pieces you bought.
Newsletter data: your email address, and only if you asked for it.
Cart data: stored in your own browser, never sent to us until checkout.

What we never do

We do not sell your data, we do not build advertising profiles, and we do not load third-party trackers on this site.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by writing to hello@baddies.club. We answer within thirty days, usually a lot sooner.

Retention

Order records are kept for the legal accounting period. Newsletter data is deleted as soon as you unsubscribe.
